| Skill Details: | Join us for a fun and informative class as you create the beautiful Point Addis quilt by Jen Kingwell. This 25-block quilt may look complex, but with step-by-step instructions, helpful tips, and time saving shortcuts, you'll be set up for success from the very beginning. You'll learn efficient techniques for cutting your fabric using time-saving methods, organizing and separating fabrics, paper marking, and sewing the blocks in the correct order. Whether you're just getting started or have quilting experience, this class will guide you through the construction process with confidence and ease. |
| Requirements: | Fabric Requirements: Each block requires 1 Fat Quarter (FQ) and 1/3 yard of background fabric. For the complete 25-block quilt, you will need 25 Fat Quarters (FQs) and 8 1/3 yards of background fabric. Fabric kits are available for purchase online or in-store, or you are welcome to bring your own fabric. Class Supplies: Glue stick, Add-A-Quarter ruler (available for purchase in our shop), straight pins, rotating cutting mat (optional), standard sewing supplies (rotary cutter, cutting mat, ruler, thread, sewing machine, etc.) |
